It all started when I was a kid, helping my grandparents in their small eatery. The sizzle of the frying pan, the aroma of spices filling the air—it felt like pure magic. Fast forward a couple of decades, and I found myself diving headfirst into the world of starting and running a restaurant. Each experience, whether it was choosing the right suppliers or crafting the perfect menu, has been a lesson. I’ve spent countless hours navigating the exciting yet sometimes chaotic journey of the restaurant business, and I love sharing what I’ve learned along the way.

When I’m not engrossed in the culinary world, you’ll likely find me in my kitchen experimenting with new recipes or hosting friends for a cozy dinner party. I’ve also developed a bit of an obsession with board games; there’s nothing quite like a spirited game night filled with laughter and friendly competition. And let’s not skip over my love for travel! I enjoy exploring new cultures through their food, and whether it’s a hidden gem of a street vendor or a five-star restaurant, I’m always on the lookout for inspiration.
