Now, after decades of experience, I’ve fully immersed myself in starting and running my own restaurant, learning valuable lessons along the way, from selecting suppliers to crafting the perfect menu. Outside of the restaurant, I enjoy experimenting with new recipes in my kitchen, hosting cozy dinner parties, and indulging in my passion for board games, which always brings laughter and friendly competition. Traveling to explore new cultures through their food is another obsession of mine, whether I’m savoring a meal from a street vendor or dining at a five-star restaurant. Life has served me a plate full of rich experiences, and I’m excited to share them with others!
